Lake Front Living

This grand home will occupy the site of the former Cheney family boathouse on Lake Terramunggus in Marlborough. The proposed house commands a full view of the water and provides 3100 square feet f living space. The interior is organized to afford water views from every room, while the Great Room features a dynamic window wall that follows the curve of the Lake.

The intensive design process utilized computer modeling to provide the future inhabitants with the ability to walk through the completed design before it is constructed. This allowed the clients to evaluate multiple design possibilities and options for the exterior and interior finishes.

Construction has begun. Completion is expected for the Summer of 2005.
