The feasibility analysis project included the evaluation of a 400,000 square foot industrial building located on 27 acres. With the location of the site situated on a main street artery and close to the newly constructed bus line, it was determined that the best use of the site was a combined retail complex located to the front of the site and a reduced industrial complex located to the rear of the site.
A modern relevant architectural language was selected for the complex.
